Location: Tilden Community Center (310 River Street. Hastings, MN)

Please have your form filled out before arrival - (separate forms for split households) - with correct payment marked. Example: have exact cash, check number or online payment code written on the form.

Arrive fully ready in uniform (don't forget your hockey stick!) at least 10 minutes before your team's scheduled photo time.

If you need to get dressed at the community center - please give yourself extra time.
