Does your youth son or daughter want to play hockey but you don't know how to get started? This is an opportunity for any kid in the Hastings area to try hockey for free! The kids can get on the ice and skate for about an hour. If they like it, you can sign the up for our FREE Learn Hockey Program which will start in November and run for 12 weeks.

WHEN:  Saturday, September 13, 2025
TIME:  doors open at 11:00am, skating 12:00pm – 1:00pm
WHERE:  Hastings Civic Arena

• Kids of all ages are invited to the Hastings Civic Arena to give hockey a try!
• We will have hockey gear on-hand and we’ll do our best to outfit everyone with the proper gear.
• Arrive early and allow time to get suited up.
• Hastings Hockey Association board members, coaches, and player helpers will be on hand to help everyone have a fun time!
• Refreshments will be provided!
