We are proud to support the mission of the Minnesota Hockey Fights Cancer organization and help to energize the hockey community in Minnesota to build awareness and support the fight against cancer.

During the 2019-2020 season the Hastings Hockey Association won the inaugural Minnesota Hockey Fights Cancer Cup. As the first winner, we won the right to name the award...

We chose to name it after our very own Hastings Hockey skater, and cancer survivor, John Gegen.

The Hastings Hockey community is supporting John by designating several home games as "Hockey Beats Cancer" games where we will work to raise awareness and support the fight against cancer and raise money in support of these goals.
