As society continues to navigate through the current state of COVID, the Hastings Hockey Boosters have established some updates for the 2021-2022 season to help keep our members and players happy, healthy and safe. These updates can be found on our Hastings Hockey website under our COVID-19 page (Click here for the HHB COVID page).

The HHB COVID-19 website page was established to assist with decisions on quarantining. We want to align with the Hastings Public School Systems and maintain consistency with this process in the event situations arise.

Below are a few notes and recommendations for the 2021-2022 season:

  • Locker Rooms ARE available for our skaters.
  • If you or your skater are not comfortable utilizing locker rooms that is OK. If this is the case, please have your skater come to the arena fully geared-up except helmet, gloves and skates in which they can put on in the rink areas where benches are provided.
  • If a parent or guardian is assisting a player get gear on in a locker room, we ask that the parent/guardian exit the locker room to give more space to the other players and/or parents.
  • There is to be NO changing or getting gear on/off in the common area entrance.  This space is to remain clear of any bags, gear, skates, sticks, or coaching items.

Please remain respectful of others at the arena as there is a wide variety of comfort with COVID and social distancing.
