The Heggies Pizza pick-up dates are fast approaching.

Pizzas will be handed out at the Hastings Parks Department Maintenance Facility, 920 W 10th Street.

• Monday, December 18, 5:00-6:30 pm, for player's last names starting with A-L
• Tuesday, December 19, 5:00-6:30 pm, for player's last names starting with M-Z

Pick up is by PLAYER last name--not parent last name or the orderer last name. This is the player last name listed on the USA hockey registration of the player.

If you arrive before 5:00 pm, we will not be ready, you will have to wait.

IMPORTANT:
You must pick up your pizzas on the correct day, there will be only enough pizzas to fill that day's orders.

ALSO IMPORTANT:
If you are unable to pick up on your assigned day, please make arrangements for someone else to pick up your pizzas. Any pizzas remaining will be disposed of--we have no place to store them.

Please enter off 11th Street as if you were going to the Middle School. Please stay in your car, no walkups. Once inside the gates of the facility, we will split traffic into 2 drive-up pick up lines.

As you drive through the line and pass by each flavor station, a volunteer will hand you the quantity of that pizza flavor you ordered.

Thank you to everyone who sold pizzas, purchased pizzas and promoted the Heggies Fundraiser for Hastings Hockey.  With the efforts of everyone involved Hastings Hockey is able to make special purchases, update our on-ice equipment, purchase jersey's, and keep our registration costs down.  This year's fundraiser is a true demonstration of great Teamwork!

The Hastings Hockey Association is excited to bring back the Heggies Pizza fundraiser for 2023! This fundraiser allows our association to keep the cost of hockey down, continue to provide free learn hockey, fund our dryland facility, and invest in our players with equipment and opportunities to improve the game we love!

Important Dates

• Sales window: 11/13 – 11/26
• Order due date: 11/26 at 10pm
• Pick up dates: 12/18 and 12/19 at 5-6:30pm

Ordering pizzas

• Each skater is responsible for selling a minimum of 5 pizzas.
• Prizes for top 10 sellers and one random drawing! (see below)
• To keep track of your pizza orders use the “Order Form” that can be found on www.hhbpizza.com
• Once you are done selling, total all of your individual sales from the “Order Form” onto the “Large Sell Sheet” found on www.hhbpizza.com.
• Then you must go to www.hhbpizza.com and order your pizzas. An order must be done for each skater. There is no need to hand in a paper copy of your order form.

    • Order Deadline is Sunday, November 26th.
    • Please complete an order for EACH player/skater if you have more than one skater in Hastings Hockey
    • The skaters USA Hockey Registration number must be on the order to receive credit

11.  Random drawing for $200 Card to Letterman's (to be eligible for this drawing you will have to have sold 5 pizzas or more - one entry per skater)

Payment

• All payments will be taken this year when you order your pizzas on https://www.hhbpizza.com/

• NOTE: The people ordering from you can pay you personally as you see fit. Please do not turn in cash with your order as we will not accept it. Only payments online through https://www.hhbpizza.com/ will be accepted.

Picking up pizzas

Pick up dates will be alphabetical this year by players last name and will be on 12/18 and 12/19. Times and location will be sent out closer to those dates. Once you pick up your order, then you will be responsible for distributing them to the people who ordered from you.
