1) All coaches from Learn Hockey to Traveling will need to complete the Hastings Hockey Coaching Registration in the link below. This form will collect your USA Hockey Coaching Registration data and all information required by HHB for the upcoming season.

2. Coaches MUST BE COMPLETED the following BEFORE you step on the ice for the start of the season.
   1. Background Screening 
   2. Safe Sport Training 
3. Coaches must also complete the following before 12/31/2023.  HHB would prefer you get this done as soon as possible and not wait until the end of December.  If not completed by 12/31/2023, you will not be allowed on the ice after that date. 
   1. CEP # acquired by completing the online age specific modules 
   2. Coaching Education Program Certification (must attend a clinic for your level 1-4)

All receipt will be collected by your level Director and submitted to the Treasurer for reimbursement.

HHB will be write one check per coach processing payment at the end of the season. This reimbursement includes your Annual USA hockey coaching registration, Level 1, 2, 3, or 4 coaching certifications, and age appropriate on line modules you have completed. You MUST be HHB registered to be reimbursed and receipts for level certifications and age-appropriate modules must be submitted.
